TIFF 2017: A24 / DirecTV Pick-Up US Rights for 'The Children Act'

We brought you 'Room.' We brought you 'Under the Skin.' We brought you 'While We're Young,' 'A Most Violent Year,' and 'The Bling Ring.'

Now FilmNation and A24/DirecTV unite to present 'The Children Act.'

Adapted from Ian McEwan’s (Atonement) novel of the same name, 'The Children Act' is directed by Richard Eyre (Iris, Notes on a Scandal) and stars Emma Thompson, Stanley Tucci and Fionn Whitehead (Dunkirk).

Following the film's world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, A24 and DirecTV struck a deal with FilmNation to acquire the film's US rights.

Stay tuned for more details!
