FilmNation Entertainment is currently seeking a Manager of Worldwide Delivery to be based out of its New York office. The company is a leading producer, financier and international sales agent of high-quality feature films, television series, theater, and audio/podcasts.
The Manager of Worldwide Delivery is predominantly a client-facing role interacting with people from a wide range of cultures. On a day-to-day basis this position liaises with dozens of international & domestic film distributors, both independents and studios, on multiple projects simultaneously. An enjoyment of social interaction with dynamic clients is a must. This role will collaborate with many departments within FilmNation including Marketing, Publicity, Sales, Distribution, Legal and Finance. The position also offers the (voluntary) opportunity to engage in the Company’s creative process, including the reading of scripts and sharing script feedback in company-wide meetings. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, pro-active self-starter with strong written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing digital deliveries to film distributors of theatrical & home entertainment feature masters and advertising/publicity assets such as trailers, key art, social media.
- Overseeing FilmNation’s E-Commerce Marketplace website incorporating the invoicing and payment tracking of assets.
- Monitor and approve pre-release, press, and exhibitor screenings with our distribution partners.
- Collaborate with FilmNation’s Business Affairs department to ensure time-sensitive and specific contractual requirements are met for delivery of assets to distribution clients.
- Liaising with post-production facilities for the creation of dubbed/subtitled theatrical versions.
- Coordination with our Marketing department for the launch of worldwide marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring anti-piracy measures are in place for all potential screenings or delivered elements.
- Monitoring and updating our cloud-based inventory systems (AirTable).
- Expand partnerships and process with major industry partners for global theatrical releases.
- Interview, onboard, and manage department interns.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing coordination of A/V assets and/or marketing materials.
- Understanding of cloud-based systems and storage platforms.
- Experience with the following systems beneficial but not required: AirTable, Shopify, Monday.com, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
- Openness to engage with a broad assortment of company executives on a regular basis to help create a positive, collaborative working culture across all departments.

This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, Fridays are remote. This position's anticipated annual base salary is between $75,000-$80,000. This does not include any other compensation components or benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and from which they will be performing the job.
